Hurricane Ike was a blast! We're far enough from the coast to be out of the coastal flood plane, but the wind and rain were violent. It made for a lot of work and we were without power for 14 days. We lost 2 oak trees that were over 50 ft tall, but there were no injuries in our neighborhood. (No significant damage to our house) It also made for a memorable 58th birthday!
I just found Clifford yesterday and he has already joined blog and posted photo. Everyone else take note. Good job. gde
